Do I need this website?
You do not need this website to use your purchase — everything you need is in your Etsy download; this page holds the full-size files and re-downloads.
Do I need my Etsy order number?
No. The order number is optional. If you enter it, it is a customer-supplied reference, never verified: Moss & Toad does not automatically access or verify Etsy order data. It only helps support staff find the purchase you mean.
What is the product code?
It is the short code printed on the Studio Card inside your Etsy download. It is what opens the studio library here, so keep it with your files.
How long does access last?
An unopened secure link expires after 30 minutes. Opening it starts a 24-hour download session so you can return if a large file is interrupted.
Do I have to join a newsletter?
No. Workshop letters are optional, separate from delivery, and never required to receive purchased files.
