Who we are
Moss & Toad Paper Co. is a division of PolonTek. Every message about this website, an order, a file, a license or a privacy request reaches the same mailbox: support@mossandtoad.com.
Purchases happen on Etsy
Moss & Toad products are bought through our Etsy shop. This website is not a storefront: it takes no payment, holds no order, and cannot alter an Etsy order. Your purchase is governed by Etsy's terms and by the listing you bought from.
Refunds
Moss & Toad products are digital goods, delivered in full at purchase, and Etsy's policy for digital items governs the sale. If a file is missing, damaged or will not print, write to support@mossandtoad.com and we will fix it or replace it. If you want a refund, raise it through Etsy, because Etsy holds the payment.
Using the Download Center
Your product code and your download links are personal to you. Requests are rate-limited, links are short-lived, and access may be withdrawn where a code or a link is published or shared. What you may do with the files themselves is set out in the personal-use license.
Availability
We keep delivery running as reliably as we can, but maintenance and provider interruptions happen, and a set may be retired from sale. Your Etsy download is complete on its own and is yours to keep: this website is a convenience on top of it.
