Product codes, downloads, printing, refunds, and how to reach a person.
Finding your details
The Studio Card inside your Etsy download carries the product code — that is all you need. The Etsy order number is optional: a customer-supplied reference, never verified.
Links and sessions
An unopened delivery link expires after 30 minutes. Opening it starts a 24-hour session, so you can come back if a large file is interrupted. If a link has lapsed, enter your code again.
Printing questions
Every sheet is US Letter at 300 DPI and prints at 100%. The printing guide on this site covers paper, scale, double-sided pages and where to start a cut, and the Print Guide inside your download covers the set you bought.
Refunds and order problems
Moss & Toad products are digital goods, and Etsy's policy for digital items governs the sale — refunds are raised through Etsy, which holds the payment. If something is wrong with a file, write to us first: a replacement is usually faster.
